Why do I have low water pressure in one faucet after turning off water supply?

I turned off the water supply to my house to fix a leaky bathroom faucet. After finishing the repair I turned the water back on. Eveything's fine except I have very little water supply in my kitchen sink. (All other faucets seem fine.)
