Is there a regulation depth under soil for installing 4\\\



I have a job where i shall be installing a new toilet in a building which currently has no existing toilet, however the attached building (part of the same) has a underground sewer pipe about 45 feet away. i know i can excavate and install it fine but i am a bit worried about building regulations and planning etc can anyone assist and advise
